The Rio Poneglyph is not a single stone. It is the complete message obtained by putting together all the historical Poneglyphs (the blue ones) scattered across the Grand Line. Once assembled, they tell the continuous history of the world, including the famous Void Century. This final message is probably located on Laugh Tale.
Ohara's Legacy: "Live, Robin!"
