Les Amiraux de la Marine : Kizaru, Fujitora et Ryokugyu analysés

The Navy Admirals: Kizaru, Fujitora, and Ryokugyu Analyzed

Article summary:

They are considered the "Greatest Military Power" of the World Government. Under the direct orders of Fleet Admiral Akainu (Sakazuki), the three current admirals — Kizaru, Fujitora and Ryokugyu — maintain order across the seas. But in 2026, their loyalty and power are being called into question. Let's analyze the monsters of the Marines.

Once united under absolute justice, the current admirals are divided by their ideologies. Between an indecisive light-man, a morally blind samurai and a forest fanatic, the Marines have never been more powerful — or more unstable.

Light, Gravity and Nature: The leading trio.

Kizaru (Borsalino): Indecisive Justice

Kizaru is the veteran. A user of the Pika Pika no Mi (Light Logia), he is probably the fastest man in the world. Long perceived as a lazy enforcer, the Egghead Arc revealed a tragic side to his personality.

Torn between his orders to kill Vegapunk (his friend) and his feelings, he embodies "Unclear Justice." Despite his mental defeat at the hands of Luffy Gear 5, he remains a colossal threat capable of rivaling an Emperor.

Fujitora (Issho): Moral Justice

Recruited during the world draft, Fujitora is a blind master swordsman who controls gravity (Zushi Zushi no Mi). He is Akainu's opposite. He worked toward the abolition of the Seven Warlords because he cares above all about civilians.

He let Luffy escape from Dressrosa out of respect. Many see him as the future Fleet Admiral of a reformed Marines at the end of the manga. He is the only admiral whom fans truly respect.

Ryokugyu (Aramaki): Radical Justice

The latest arrival is an Akainu fanatic. A user of the Mori Mori no Mi (Forest Logia), he can drain the life from his enemies. He believes that discrimination and hierarchy are necessary for order.

However, he suffered a major humiliation in Wano Country. He fled after being paralyzed by the Conqueror's Haki of Red-Haired Shanks from several kilometers away. This proves that the admirals, although powerful, may no longer be at the top of the food chain against the current Emperors.

🌲 The wild side of nature: Ryokugyu is powerful but arrogant. If you prefer humble heroes, support the pirates with our pirate flags.

Conclusion: The Final Wall

Before reaching Imu, Luffy will have to get past the wall of the Marines. Akainu is waiting for his chance to avenge his scar. The Final War will be terrible.
